A direct train service from Central Station to Sydney Olympic Park and return will operate every 30 minutes on 2 & 3 February. The Sydney Olympic Park sprint service will operate every 10 minutes from Lidcombe station.

Sydney Olympic Park has over 10,000 parking spaces site-wide. Carparks P1, P5 and P6 are in close proximity to Spotless Stadium. Costs = $5 per hour, up to a maximum fee of $25 per day.
We recommend you pre-book parking if you plan to drive to Sydney 7s. Cost is $25 per car for the day. This cost is for one entry and exit into your selected car park.

BRIDJ is providing a pop up bus service connecting Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches (as far as North Narabeen) to Spotless Stadium for the HSBC Sydney 7s event on the 2-3 Feb. The service will pick up from the following Rugby Clubs; Warringah Rugby Club, Forestville Ferrets Jnr Rugby, Forest Rugby, Brothers Rugby, Chatswood Rugby, Ryde Rugby, Manly Roos Jnr Rugby, Manly RFC, Northern Suburbs RFC and Mosman Rugby Club. There are pram bays located around the stadium on both level 2 & 4. These bays are not supervised but are available for use free of charge.
Given the time of year, hot weather is likely across the entire tournament weekend. Patrons are encouraged to bring headwear and sunscreen. To assist in keeping you hydrated and cool, there will be free water and cooling stations throughout the venue.
There is a range of accessible seating options within the stadium. We advise patrons with accessible seating requirements to speak with Ticketek prior to purchasing tickets.
There are accessible seating bars and cafes and Spotless Stadium also has a continual concourse around the stadium which allows easy access to all main locations such as merchandise stalls, fan areas etc.

It’s a party! Be creative and show support for your team. It wouldn’t be Sydney 7s without the outrageous costumes. Remember that costumes deemed to be offensive may not be permitted inside the stadium. This includes costumes that may offend from a religious, political, racial and/or sexual perspective.
Tournament merchandise will be available throughout the tournament and will be sold from outlets located inside the stadium and in the plaza areas surrounding the stadium

There may be opportunities at certain times throughout the day for patrons to get player autographs and pictures, however, there is no obligation for players to provide this opportunity.
Players from each team will do a “lap of honour” at the conclusion of their last game of the tournament to thank the fans. There is no formal opportunity for players to sign autographs or pose for pictures. Patrons are reminded to respect the players and remain behind the fence at all times.
Yes, Tournament Programs will be available all weekend. We ask for a gold coin donation for each program.
It is expected that tickets will sell fast, so we would recommend pre-purchasing tickets online to avoid disappointment.
Only children aged 3 or under will not require a ticket. The child must not take up a seat unless a ticket has been purchased by the patron.
For your own experience and for the comfort of other patrons, you will be required to sit in your allocated seat. Any variations are subject to capacity and are at the discretion of the ushers and stadium staff on the day.
